Choose your cover start date

Single TripCancellation cover starts when You purchase this insurance or when You book Your Trip, whichever is the later.

Annual Multi TripCancellation cover begins on the start date you choose or, if later, when you book your trip.

Annual policies provide cover for 12 months from the start date you choose. It's best to buy the policy in advance of your first trip to give you cancellation cover straight away.

Please ensure the dates you select cover you from the time of leaving home to your return home at the end of the trip.

Do you or any person travelling who is to be insured have any medical conditions?

Travel insurance policies may differ in their exact wording but generally a medical condition may be any of the following.

  • If you've had any recurrent or chronic conditions
  • If you've previously sought or recieved treatment for a condition
  • If you've been in hospital as an in-patient
  • If you've currently or have been taking medication for a condition
  • If you've had surgery

It is important you declare all pre-existing medical conditions for all travellers to be insured on the policy. We do not have the facility to EXCLUDE medical conditions from cover and ALL medical conditions must be screened - not declaring pre-existing medical conditions could invalidate your policy.

Do you need additional cover?

Cruise Your travel insurance policy may provide standard cover if you were to travel on a cruise within the period of insurance. However, to be protected against specific cruise-related issues such as missed ports of call, unused excursions, or cabin confinement, you’ll need to select the optional Cruise Cover. Full details can be found in the Cruise Cover section of your policy wording.

Golf Golf Cover protects your golf equipment if it is stolen or damaged, reimbursing you up to the limit shown in your schedule of benefits. Depending on your policy, it may also cover unused green fees and the cost of hiring replacement equipment if yours is lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed. Please check your policy wording for full coverage details.

Winter Sports For single trips, winter sports are covered only if you’ve paid the additional premium. On annual multi-trip policies, winter sports cover may be limited to a set number of days per policy year. Cover applies only to those winter sports activities listed in the policy wording. For clarification on any specific activity, please contact us.

Business Business Cover protects equipment declared to the insurer and used solely for your business trip (excluding manual work). Coverage is subject to the terms outlined in your policy. Please refer to the Policy Wording for full details.

Couple You and your spouse/common law partner liviing at the same address.

Group Between 2 and 8 individuals can travel on a policy together, they do not need to reside at the same address.

  1. Are permanently resident in the United Kingdom.
  2. Have been in the United Kingdom for a minimum of 6 months in the year prior to purchasing your insurance policy and are registered with a GP in the UK.
  3. Hold a UK National Insurance number (where aged 16 years of age or older).
  4. Are not travelling against medical advice or with the intention of receiving medical treatment.
  5. Any children travelling alone will be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please note that you will need to refer to your policy wording for specific age limits.
  6. Are travelling out from and returning to the United Kingdom and the trip is yet to commence.
